Cookie Policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Tourney Time Network Ltd (“Nurtivly Design”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit https://nurtivly.com (the “Site”).

It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which sets out in full how we collect and process personal data, the lawful bases we rely on, and your rights under the UK GDPR.

By default, only strictly necessary cookies are active. Analytics cookies and any tracking technology that is not strictly necessary are switched off until you give consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time (see How to change or withdraw your consent below).

What are cookies and similar technologies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit it. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site owner.

We also use the term “cookies” loosely in this policy to cover similar technologies — such as software development kits (SDKs), pixels, tags and local/session storage — that read or write information on your device. Under the UK’s Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), storing or accessing information on your device generally requires your consent, except where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have actively requested.

The two categories of cookies we use

We group the technologies on our Site into two categories.

These are essential for the Site to function and to keep it secure. They are set automatically and cannot be switched off, because the Site cannot operate properly without them. Under PECR, strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement, so they do not require your permission.

We use strictly necessary technologies for purposes such as:

  • Remembering your cookie choices — so we don’t ask you on every page and so your preference is respected. This is set when you interact with the cookie banner.
  • Security and load balancing — provided by our hosting platform, Vercel, to deliver pages reliably and protect the Site.
  • Core site functionality — ensuring pages and forms behave as expected.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not set cookies. It collects aggregated traffic measurements only. We treat it as not requiring consent under PECR on the basis that it does not set cookies or store identifiers on your device for cross-site tracking. It is currently always on.

In short: strictly necessary cookies and our cookieless Vercel Web Analytics are always active. Nothing here tracks you for advertising, and nothing here identifies you personally.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site — for example which pages are most popular and how people move through the Site — so we can improve it. These are not strictly necessary, so under PECR they require your prior consent.

These cookies are switched OFF by default. We do not load our analytics provider, set any analytics cookies, or send any data to it unless and until you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you do nothing, or if you reject, no analytics cookies are set and the analytics script is never loaded.

The analytics provider we use in this category is:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Provider: Google Ireland Limited
  • Purpose: Aggregated website analytics — measuring traffic, page views, and how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve content and performance.
  • Loads only after consent: The GA4 script is only injected into the page after you accept analytics cookies. Before consent, GA4 is not present on the Site at all.
  • More information: Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Typical GA4 cookies and lifetimes

The table below lists the cookies GA4 typically sets once you have given consent. These names and durations are typical/indicative only — Google may change them, and actual behaviour can vary by configuration and browser:

CookiePurpose (typical)Typical lifetime
_gaDistinguishes individual visitors~2 years (typical)
_ga_<container-id>Persists GA4 session state~2 years (typical)
_gidDistinguishes visitors (where used)~24 hours (typical)
_gat / _gat_*Throttles request rate (where used)~1 minute (typical)

The durations above are typical values published by Google for these cookies and are provided as a guide. The exact set of cookies and their lifetimes may differ depending on Google’s current implementation and your browser settings. These reflect a standard GA4 configuration.

A quick summary

Sets cookies on your device?YesNoYes (after consent)
Used for advertising?NoNoNo

You are in control, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

  • At any time, you can reopen your cookie choices by clicking clearing your browser cookies for this site (which removes your saved choice, so the banner reappears on your next visit) in the footer of every page. This lets you accept or reject analytics cookies and update your preference whenever you like.
  • If you withdraw consent, we stop loading Google Analytics 4 going forward and no further analytics cookies are set. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew.
  • To remove existing GA4 cookies already stored on your device, you can clear cookies through your browser settings (see below). You may also wish to use Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you view, manage, block and delete cookies. You can usually find these controls in your browser’s settings or preferences menu. Helpful guides:

Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site from working properly.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the technologies we use or for legal and regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes affecting consent-based cookies may prompt us to ask for your consent again.
